Multicultural Healthy Living
The Promoting Healthy Living in BC's Multicultural Communities project, coordinated by AMSSA and funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada, was carried out from January 2005 to March 2006. The overall Project Goal was to support effective intercultural communication in the area of public health. This includes access to public health promotion, outreach, prevention, and intervention for multi-ethnic populations, as well as mobilization of key multi-ethnic communities regarding public health emergencies.
