Building Inclusive Communities: Diversity and Human Rights

Learn new tools to maximize your potential as a volunteer at ICA. This workshop will:
- Build on your understanding of immigrant experiences using case studies
- Look at a communication model for making referrals in cases of inequity
- Provide insights into how to resolve human rights and diversity complaints

About the Speaker: April McNeil works in Student Affairs at the University of Victoria. A key aspect of her job is creating and facilitating dynamic training sessions for student leaders and volunteers.
