The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria warmly invites you to attend our upcoming INFORMATION EVENT: Responding to the Refugee Crisis, on 21 July. If you would like to assist in some way but don’t know where to start, this is an excellent way to become informed.
We will give an overview of the refugee situation in Victoria and specifically address the needs of the BVOR refugee group – the group with arguably the greatest need for resettlement, referred by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR).
