BC JobConnect – post jobs, find candidates
BC JobConnect is a free web-based recruitment tool for employers looking to hire. This tool is specifically intended to connect BC-wide employers to newcomer immigrants seeking career opportunities. Registered employers can utilize BC JobConnect to post jobs, search the pool of newcomer job seekers and identify candidates’ profile information as well as supporting documents such as their resumes or certificates.

Join the Community Partnership Network (CPN)
The Community Partnership Network (CPN) is a group of over 270 local agencies, businesses, and institutions committed to building diverse, welcoming, and inclusive communities in Greater Victoria.
The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) serves as the lead agency for the CPN. Our long term goal is to develop the Capital Regional District’s capacity to more effectively attract, welcome and integrate newcomers into our communities, workplaces, organizations and institutions.
The CPN invites you to become a member and take a leadership role in building inclusive workplaces and welcoming communities. CPN membership will allow you to network with other organizations and businesses and to share resources, skills and information to effectively promote and support diversity in our region.
