Victoria Women’s Transition House Society
- The Shelter provides safe, supportive accommodation for up to 30 days for women (cisgender and transgender) and non-binary and two-spirit people who identify as part of the women’s community, with or without children.

Learn English (LINC)
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) provides English language training from beginner to advanced levels for adult newcomers to Canada. LINC is funded by the Government of Canada and is FREE for eligible students.
