Anti-Racism Training

The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) helps individuals and organizations by providing information, training and tools to help businesses and organizations create a diverse and equitable workplace within a welcoming and inclusive community.

Tools for Equity: addresses racial disparities and employment barriers faced by immigrants and people of colour in the CRD. Through training and organizational coaching, the program will help organizations and businesses develop long-term equity frameworks, promising equity policies and institutional practices that strengthen management and employee competencies at all levels.

Bystander Intervention Training: offers practical training for individuals to help participants interrupt and address racism wherever they find it.

Community Partnership Network: The CPN is a group of more than 300 local agencies, businesses, and institutions committed to building diverse, welcoming, and inclusive communities in Greater Victoria.

Greater Victoria Local Immigration Partnership: focuses on making sure policies impacting governance, education, health care and housing in our community are a top priority.

Bystander Intervention Training

The Bystander Intervention Training Program is designed to equip individuals and organizations with practical skills and tools to be anti-racist allies and create cultures that promote dignity.

Tools for Equity

ICA’s Tools for Equity training program for businesses and organizations, addresses racial disparities and employment barriers faced by immigrants, refugees, and communities of colour in the Capital Regional District.
