Tools for Equity Program Details

To have any hope of real and lasting change, inequity must be addressed from a structural and systemic lens. That is why ICA is moving away from one-off diversity workshops that studies show are not effective in creating sustainable shifts in culture.

The Tools for Equity Program is an in-depth anti-racism program that requires:

  1. A deep understanding of the historical roots of racism and discrimination
  2. Time and genuine commitment
  3. Adequate resources
  4. Collective ACTION from every member of an organization

The program includes 5 training modules, between 2-3 hours long, that have been developed to be taken in chronological order, with each module building on information from the last. Once you’ve completed all 5 modules, we’ll be offering a suite of educational EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) workshops that fill in any knowledge gaps, and that can be booked as needed.
