This program at ICA can help with:
- Personal career planning and support
- Funding for training or short-term certification
- Language, digital and employment skills training for the workplace
- Job search and placement assistance, as well as work experience opportunities
- Resume, cover letter, interview and networking
- Job and mentorship search assistance

Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants
The CPSI program helps newcomer professionals to find meaningful career employment that aligns with their pre-arrival education, training and experience.
Program Eligibility:
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial and federal legislation and regulations
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, orpersons who have been granted refugee status in Canada
- Reside in British Columbia
- Newcomers looking to secure and maintain a career in tourism and hospitality
- CLB 5 or LINC 6 or higher English required
