At ICA we offer a variety of free workshops, skills training and social opportunities to help you build a strong sense of community, learn new skills and improve your English as you settle into your new home in the Greater Victoria area. We offer new programs on a seasonal basis.

Weekly on Wednesdays
Join our activity & fitness class for newcomer adults to exercise, learn to move your body safely, and meet other newcomers. Build confidence, improve your well-being and enjoy a welcoming environment to stay fit in!

Online Series through Zoom
This series features two youth groups (ages 14–18 and 19–29), and a parents group all focused on creating a safe and welcoming virtual space where participants can explore and strengthen well-being.

One hour sessions – by appointment
Do you want to improve your computer, tablet, or smartphone skills? Learn and practice digital skills such as: using email, Zoom, maps, calendars, file management, Microsoft Office, and digital safety.
