ICA offers fun and low-cost English classes for adults and youth. Our classes are great for anyone (no Immigration status required) who wants to improve their real-life English skills faster.
You’ll learn with friendly and experienced teachers who will help you feel more confident speaking English at work and in everyday conversations.
Courses being offered
Learn English (LINC)
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) provides English language training from beginner to advanced levels for adult newcomers to Canada. LINC is funded by the Government of Canada and is FREE for eligible students.
Affordable English Classes
No Immigration status required. ICA's affordable new English language classes will help you build you confidence through improved English language skills in conversation, pronunciation, grammar and workplace communication.
BC Newcomer Services (BCNSP and Safe Haven)
BC Newcomer Services (BCNSP and SAF/HAVN) offer direct settlement services, access to labor market information and resources, English language training, and assistance addressing diverse needs to help newcomers transition to living in Greater Victoria.
