This engaging after-school course helps newcomer youth improve their English speaking and writing skills for a smooth learning experience in Canadian schools.
CELPIP Test Preparation- Listening & Speaking
Are you planning to take the CELPIP General Test for Canadian permanent residency or employment? Are you planning to take the CELPIP General LS Test for Canadian Citizenship? This focused test preparation course is designed for learners at CLB 4–7 who want to succeed in the Listening and Speaking sections of the CELPIP exam.

BC Newcomer Services (BCNSP and Safe Haven)
BC Newcomer Services (BCNSP and SAF/HAVN) offer direct settlement services, access to labor market information and resources, English language training, and assistance addressing diverse needs to help newcomers transition to living in Greater Victoria.
Youth & Family Services
ICA provides immigrant programs for youth between the ages of 7-28. In addition, during the year, we host many different types of youth events, social gatherings and summer camps in and around the community to help build cultural connections.
