ICA Client Satisfaction Survey 2026

Thank you for choosing the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) to assist you in reaching your goals over the last year. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we invite you to participate in our annual client survey. This survey is for all ICA clients who have accessed services from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. Your feedback helps us improve our services and support more newcomers in the future.
The survey will be open until April 30, 2026.
Clients who complete the survey can enter to win one of four $50 VISA gift cards. After you have completed the survey you can enter your name in the draw for a gift card. This will come up on a separate link AFTER you submit your survey online. The draw will occur in early May 2026.
Note: All responses are anonymous. Your responses will be kept secure and confidential. Your responses will not affect your access to services at ICA or your status in Canada in any way.
