ICA Client Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for choosing the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) to assist you in reaching your goals over the last year. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we invite you to participate in our annual client survey. This survey is for all ICA clients who have accessed services from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. Your feedback helps us improve our services and support more newcomers in the future. The survey will be open until April 21, 2024,  please complete it honestly and thoughtfully.
