Appointment Information

Dear ICA clients, 

Helping people at ICA continues to be very important to us. We’d like to inform ICA clients that the reception hours will change starting Wednesday, July 2, 2025.  Please read the following information to know the changes and how you can book an appointment.

New reception hours from July 2, 2025: 10:30am-2:30pm weekdays 

 

  • The reception desk will be open Monday to Friday from 10:30am -2:30pm.   

 

  • ICA’s office hours will still be Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 

If you have an appointment: 

  • Go to the waiting area on the 4th floor across from the elevators.

 

  • An ICA staff member will meet you there at your appointment time.

 

  • Please don’t come very early or late so your ICA worker can meet you on time. 

 

If you don’t have an appointment: 

  • If you can, please email your ICA worker.
  • If you don’t have access to email, call ICA (250.388.4728) to make an appointment with the person you want to talk to.

  • If you have a problem with the phone system, email the person you want to talk to or come to ICA when the reception desk is open.

Please use the lift by ICA’s front entrance. 

 

  • Open the door and enter the lift.  

 

  • Press the up button.

Learn English (LINC)

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) provides English language training from beginner to advanced levels for adult newcomers to Canada. LINC is funded by the Government of Canada and is FREE for eligible students.
