About ICA
The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria has served newcomers from 110+ countries for since 1971, providing settlement services, language training, employment support, mental health counseling, youth programs, and community connections. The organization serves all categories of newcomers: economic immigrants, refugees, family class, and temporary residents.
